Former Abdul Kalam Advisor Dead at 80?

In news from the globe of science, Dr. Hafiz Saleh Muhammad Alladin, one among the world’s most famous astronomers, died on Monday once a quick illness at the age of eighty. He was the academic advisor to former Indian President APJ Abdul Kalam, and among the highest scientists in his field.

The good Dr. was among the highest one hundred most famous astronomers within the world.  Hafiz, who  completed his PhD in 1963 from Chicago University, was eventually elected because the director of the Osmania University at Hyderabad’s Center of Advanced Astronomy. He revealed quite fifty papers in his tenure, and was the recipient of countless awards including; the Meghnad Saha Award 1981 from UGC New Delhi, Man of the Year 2000 yankee Biographical Institute USA, 2000 Outstanding individuals Medal, International Biographical Centre Cambridge UK 2003, Bharat Excellence Award, among the various, several others.

Early these days many of us in India thought the news of Hafiz’s death was truly that of former President APJ Abdul Kalam, however those fears proved unfounded, the ever well-liked former leader is in smart health. In fact, solely a couple of days ago, Kalam warned the nuclear trade in India to start nearer scrutiny of nuclear plants there within the wake of the Fukushima incident in Japan. In addressing reproters at a conference, the previous Indian President had this to add:

“India has never experienced a mix of an earthquake and a tsunami. There is, therefore, a desire for our scientists to check constant. the security of our nuclear power installations and therefore the individuals living around them is of prime importance.”
