Vaanam Story:

Vaanam options 5 completely different stories of 5 different characters. All 5 stories run parallely at a time and that they meet at a degree to seek out an answer that forms the climax. Cable Raja (Simbu) lives in slums and aspires to measure a chic life by marrying a chic woman friend. He fakes a chic woman played by Pooja (Jasmine). A sex employee Saroja (Anushka) elopes from a brothel house and plans to steer her own life. Prakash Raj and his wife Zara (Sonia) gets discriminated for being a Muslim and plans to go away for Dubai to create a living out there. Saranya Ponvannan is wanting to get funds for her son studies and additionally has some debts to be cleared. because of varied conditions all of them finish up in a very Hospital. How of these stories combine with one another within the climax makes for a motivating screenplay?

Performances:

Though the film deals concerning many characters, however all the roles have equal scope for performance.

Cable Raja is definitely aiming to stick in Kollywood memory and would create a bearing on the minds of audiences. Simbu is that the pillar of the film and he's show stellar undoubtedly. He gave most heart-warming performance in several sequences.

Bharath encompasses a less footage compared with Simbu; however he pulled of a good job. Undoubtedly the film would earn him the name that he's a awfully smart artiste.

Anushka titillates as prostitute Saroja and comes across as real and lives up to the necessity. She is placing in each frame, and indeed her role is irreplaceable by anyone. Hats off!

Prakash Raj and Sonia did a good job and He gave a power-packed performance as a righteous Muslim who is troubled by the cop.

Jasmine appearance glamorous by acting sort of a doll and Vega (Bharath’s woman friend) is okay.

All alternative actors have done a good job however lame person of the audience would definitely feel there have been too several characters concerned but the script emerges winner.

It is a multiple story film where all the stories be part of the climax. It’s extremely a troublesome job to bring 5 completely different stories into one film that too during a gripping manner. Undoubtedly Krish is that the hero of Vaanam and he did a splendid job though he's 2 films previous. He connected all the stories during a good manner with awestruck screenplay.

Dialogues are terribly heart touching and are asset for the film. Hats off to Kannan and Giri.

Yuvan’ music is outstanding when added with visuals. All the songs are nicely integrated into story line and Background score is extremely smart and extremely apt for the movie.

Cinematography by Nirav Shah is of top-notch quality whereas Editing by Anthony Gonsalves is superb.

First half the movie is sort of attention-grabbing towards the interval whereas second 0.5 raises the heartbeat rate of the audiences with every passing frame. it's an enormous experiment to try and do such a wise film with industrial actors.

Finally Vaanam has touched each aspect of life be it non secular conviction or cash or relation. Simbu and Anushka ought to be appreciated for accepting this sort of flicks, that doesn’t provide them any industrial mileage. The actors brought novelty and undoubtedly Vaanam stands as a winner at the box workplace. Hats off Krish and therefore the entire team of Vaanam!

Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa directed by Gautham Menon and produced by Escape Artists Motion Pictures and R S Infotainment is heading for century and is completing its 100 day run in a couple of days from now. At a time when completing single week at the box office is such a Herculean task for films, the success of VTV has come as a relief to the industry people.

To celebrate this milestone, the distributors of the film Red Giant Movies are planning on a massive celebration, the details of which would be revealed soon. The lead stars of the film Silambarasan and Trisha would undoubtedly be the happiest of them all to have starred in such a successful film which has earned them name and fame

Simbu set to wed Anushka

THE ‘young superstar’ Silambarasan known for his rollicking love affairs in the past is all set to settle down with his lady love.

The hero who recently altered his Little Superstar title, seems to be making a conscious effort to change his image to that of a sophisticated, young gentleman from the previous image of a romeo.

Having proclaimed his affinity for Anushka, soon after her Arundhati success, the charmer has never hidden his feelings for her. However the marriage has come as a total shocker to the industry and friends. Simbu has already indulged his ladylove in some expensive gifts, including a De Beers diamond necklace and a Mont Blanc pen, with which Anushka has even inked a few film contracts. The couple has also recently been house hunting in posh localities like Boat Club and Poes Garden. Simbu who has been linked with some of his past heroines says, “Anushka is a total beauty. I admire her professionalism and the grace with which she handles her personal life. Truly, I am lucky to have her.” The beauty is apparently visiting all the Chennai designers to plan her trousseau and her makeup artiste Nikki has already started exploring ‘looks’ for her big day. Dressed in an elegant Manish Malhotra pink saree and glowing with shimmery cheek blush, the actress visited Simbu’s parents and sought their blessings last week. After the wedding, which is going to be a “simple south Indian affair,” Simbu shares, “I am planning to take her to Rome or Florence for the honeymoon. She deserves the best.” Anushka speaking to the paper also disclosed, “I love his X6 BMW. He took me on a long drive and that’s when he proposed to me. I had to say yes, since he is such a well brought up person with nice values.” Visiting temples might not be Simbu’s favourite pastime, but he has apparently taken Anushka to an Amman temple in Kalakshetra colony in Besant Nagar to show his commitment towards marriage.

Although the couple believes in keeping it simple, the wedding is set to be a glitzy affair with some of the couple’s closest star pals in attendance.

Simbu is planning to get his clothes done by Sidney Sladen, while Anushka is still on the lookout for a designer.

Simbu who proposed to Anushka during a long drive, presented her with a solitaire ring from Tiffany’s.

Managing to surprise his close friends, Simbu told his dear ones about the marriage during a night out at a city bar . After marriage the couple plans to set up home in Chennai and plan to initiate their own production house.
