Arunachal Pradesh Cm Crash Three bodies sighted at presumed crash site of Khandu's chopper


A party sent by the circle officer has located the crash website of the Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister’s Pawan Hans, on the flight path of the chopper.

Three bodies were these days sighted at the side of wreckage of an aircraft at an area on the trail the helicopter carrying Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu and 4 others had taken and also the worst is feared.

Breaking info that's “not encouraging and not smart news”, Home Minister P. Chidambaram said that in a district between Kyela and Lobodhang, a celebration sent by circle officer sighted what looked as if it would be an aircraft.

“They have sighted 3 bodies. This sighting has been made of a height. they need not been ready to go all the way down to the place where the aircraft is crashed. The message has been given to the closest Army post that is sending a team,” he told reporters.

“The search party can take concerning half-an-hour to at least one hour to succeed in the suspected crash website,” he said.

Mr. Chidambaram said that a military team has been dispatched on foot to the crash {site|website|web website} and “we can apprehend additional concerning the crash site and also the bodies lying there once they reach there“.

The place is found at a height of 4900 metres and, therefore, it'll take it slow and issue to succeed in there, he said.

“When they reach there, they're going to communicate to us what they need found there,” the house Minister said, adding he was unable to state on what form of aircraft or whose bodies they were.

“But i'm afraid it's on the flight path of the chopper when it had set out from Tawang. we tend to are keeping our fingers crossed and allow us to await the official word to return from the team,” he said.

The single engine four-seater Pawan Hans helicopter with Mr. Khandu and 4 others on board went missing soon when initiating from Tawang on Saturday.

Besides Mr. Khandu, others on board were pilots Captain J.S. Babbar, Captain T.S. Mamik, Mr. Khandu's security officer Yeshi Choddak and Yeshi Lhamu, sister of Tawang MLA Tsewang Dhondup.

Inclement weather had prevented groups from winding up aerial searches.
